Built around training clients, not just appointments

Most PT clients train at the same times every week, many want a small group option, and a no-show at 6am still costs you the hour. Slotivo is set up for that, whether you train clients on your own or run a team of trainers from a studio or gym.

01The problem

No-shows cost you paid hours

An early-morning client who does not turn up still costs you the session. Card deposits give clients a reason to turn up or cancel in time.

02The problem

Regular clients, rebooked by hand

Rebooking the same Monday and Thursday sessions by message every week is slow. Recurring weekly sessions keep a client in their usual slot.

03The problem

Messages eat into your evenings

Clients text to book, move and confirm sessions. A booking link that shows your real availability cuts most of that out.

What you get

Run one-to-ones, classes and your team from one diary

Whether you are a self-employed PT or run several trainers under one studio, bookings, payments and schedules live in one place.

Recurring weekly sessions

Put a regular client in the same weekly slot so their sessions are booked without a fresh conversation every week.

Deposits and pre-payment

Take a deposit or full payment via Stripe when a session is booked, so late cancellations are less likely and less costly.

Small group sessions with capacity limits

Run bootcamps, circuits or small group PT with a set number of places. Clients see how many spaces are left.

Every trainer gets their own diary

If you run a studio, each trainer manages their own hours, clients and bookings from their phone.

Health questionnaires before the first session

Use an intake form to collect injuries, medical conditions, training goals and emergency contacts before you start.

Clients reschedule themselves, within your rules

A client can move or cancel their own session online. Set a notice period, e.g. 24 hours, and a change requested inside that window is blocked automatically.

Set up PT booking in three steps

1

Add your session types

Create one-to-one sessions, consultations, small group classes and session bundles, each with its own price and duration.

2

Set your weekly availability

Add your training hours, including early mornings and evenings, and block out time you are not training. Add other trainers if you have a team.

3

Share your booking link

Put your Slotivo link in your Instagram bio, on your website or Google Business Profile so clients can book without messaging you.

Questions operators ask before switching

Can clients book a bundle of sessions, like 10 PT sessions?

Yes. You can set up a session bundle as its own bookable service with its own price and duration, alongside single sessions.

Can I take a deposit to stop no-shows?

Yes. Slotivo connects with Stripe so you can require a deposit or full payment when a session is booked, and set your own cancellation notice period.

Does this work for a self-employed PT, not just a gym?

Yes. Slotivo is free forever for 1-2 staff, so a solo trainer gets the same booking page, deposits and reminders as a studio with a team.

Can I run small group sessions as well as one-to-ones?

Yes. Set a capacity on a group session and clients book a place until it is full, from the same booking page as your one-to-one sessions.

Can I collect a health questionnaire before training someone?

Yes. Attach an intake form to a service to collect medical history, injuries, goals and emergency contact details at the time of booking.

Can regular clients keep the same weekly time?

Yes. Clients can rebook their usual session in a couple of taps, and you can set up recurring weekly sessions so regulars keep their slot.

Some clients pay me in cash or by bank transfer. Can I still track that?

Yes. Record a session as paid in cash, by bank transfer or on a card terminal. Your reports count it the same as a payment taken online.

Can I block out time for my own training or days off?

Yes. Block out an hour, an afternoon or a full day and those times stop appearing as bookable straight away.

Running your business in Ireland

The things that are different for Irish salons, clinics and studios.

Priced in euro

Free for one or two staff. Bigger teams pay a flat €6 a month for unlimited staff, billed in euro, so there’s no sterling price to convert.

Irish bank holidays

Add St Brigid’s Day, St Patrick’s Day and the June, August and October bank holidays as closed dates, and clients can’t book you on them. Your booking page runs on Irish time.

VAT on your services

Hairdressing moved to the 9% VAT rate on 1 July 2026. You only have to register for VAT once your services pass €42,500 in a rolling 12 months. Set your prices the way you charge them; Slotivo doesn’t add VAT to your clients’ bookings.

Weighing up Phorest?

Phorest, founded in Dublin, is the name many Irish salons know. It suits larger salons that want marketing built in. Slotivo is for teams that want online booking and deposits without a per-staff bill.
