1. Check what you can export
Review your available client and appointment exports in Booksy. Keep a secure copy and ask Slotivo support to confirm which fields can be imported before setting a switch date.
2. Rebuild your booking rules
Set up services, staff hours, prices, durations, deposits and cancellation rules. Review future appointments and any outstanding payments separately; do not assume payment credentials or balances transfer.
3. Test before sharing your new link
Make a test booking and check the selected stylist, duration, confirmation and cancellation flow. Then update your website and social booking links and tell existing clients where to book.

The Slotivo subscription is free for 1–2 staff. Larger teams pay £10/month with unlimited staff included. Online card payments carry Stripe processing fees.
Does Booksy charge commission on every booking?
No. Standard marketplace bookings are included. Optional Boost has a separate fee for qualifying first visits; check the official terms linked above.
Will all my Booksy data transfer automatically?
Do not assume an automatic transfer. Import options depend on the export you can obtain and its fields. Contact support to review the file before moving; check future appointments, notes and financial records separately.
Do my clients have to download another app?
No. Clients can use your mobile-friendly booking page. The Slotivo customer app is optional.
