Yes. Block out a single hour, an afternoon or a full day for lunch, personal appointments, vehicle maintenance, holidays or any other reason. Those times immediately stop appearing as bookable to pupils.
Can pupils reschedule a lesson without contacting me?
Yes. Pupils can reschedule or cancel their own lesson online, but only within the notice period you set, such as 24 or 48 hours. If they try to change it later than that, the system blocks the request automatically instead of leaving you to enforce it.
Most pupils pay me in cash or by bank transfer. Can I still track that?
Yes, and it is included rather than a paid point-of-sale extra. Record a lesson as paid in cash, by bank transfer or on a card terminal, and note the day the money actually arrived rather than the day you got round to entering it. Your reports and takings count it exactly the same as a payment taken online, so the numbers match whether or not a pupil paid through the booking page.
Can pupils book a lesson without choosing an instructor?
Yes. Turn on the allocation queue and pupils request a time instead of picking a person. The request lands in a queue with the instructors who are genuinely free at that time, you assign whoever suits, and the pupil is emailed to confirm who they have been given. Nothing goes in a diary until you decide, and you can turn a request down if nobody can cover it.
