Is the class booking system free?
The subscription is free for 1–2 staff. Teams with 3 or more staff use a flat-rate paid plan; see pricing for your market. Stripe processing fees apply when taking online payments; free software does not mean free card processing.
Can I publish a recurring class timetable?
Yes. Schedule repeating class sessions with their own dates, instructor, capacity and room. A repeating timetable is separate from enrolling a customer into a whole course; check the dates and places needed for each attendee.
Does Slotivo sell class packs or recurring memberships?
Slotivo currently focuses on bookings for individual sessions. It does not provide a dedicated class-credit wallet or recurring membership billing. If you need ten-class packs, rolling subscriptions or one purchase that enrols someone on an entire course, check that requirement with us before switching.
What kinds of classes can I take bookings for?
Slotivo can be used for yoga, pilates, fitness, beauty training, workshops, wellness sessions and other small group classes with fixed times and capacity.
Can clients see how many places are available?
Group sessions enforce a maximum capacity so a full class cannot be overbooked.
Can I offer private appointments as well as classes?
Yes. Standard one-to-one services and group sessions can run in the same account and calendar.
Can a class reserve a room or equipment?
Yes. Required resources can be attached so the system checks the room or equipment as part of availability.
Do customers need to install an app?
No. Customers can book through a mobile-friendly web page. The customer app is optional.
Can clients rearrange a booking themselves?
Yes. Clients can reschedule or cancel their own place online, in line with the notice period you set. Requests inside that window are blocked automatically, so your policy is enforced without you having to say no yourself.
