Delete your account
Last updated: September 2026
Slotivo has two apps: Slotivo, for people who book appointments, and Slotivo Pro, for the businesses and staff who take them. How you delete your account depends on which one you use.
If you book appointments (Slotivo app or booking page)
Your account belongs to the business you booked with. If you book with more than one business, you have a separate account with each and need to delete each one.
In the Slotivo app:
- Open the business, then tap My bookings.
- Sign in if asked. You can use the emailed sign-in link instead of a password.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
On the web, without the app:
- Open the business's booking page and tap the profile icon.
- Sign in with your email and password or an emailed sign-in link.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Cancel any upcoming appointments first; an account with appointments still to come can't be deleted. If you can't sign in, email support@slotivo.co.uk from the address on your account and tell us which business you book with. We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted:
- Your profile: name, email address, phone number and password.
- Your name, contact details, notes and questionnaire answers on past appointments.
- Waitlist entries, saved sign-ins and devices registered for notifications.
- Your name, email and comments on any reviews you left.
What is kept:
- A record of past appointments with your personal details removed (date, service, price and payment status), so the business's accounts still add up. It can no longer be linked to you.
- Card payments made through Stripe, which Stripe keeps as required by financial regulations. See Stripe's privacy policy.
If you run a business (Slotivo Pro)
Email support@slotivo.co.uk from the email address you sign in with and ask us to delete your business. We'll confirm the request with you, cancel any paid subscription, and delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted: your business profile and settings, staff and their logins, services, schedules, customer records, appointments, waitlist entries, reviews and email history.
What is kept: invoices for your Slotivo subscription, which we must keep for tax purposes, and payments processed by Stripe, which your Stripe account holds under its own terms. Export anything you need to keep before asking us to delete your business.
If you're a member of staff
Your login is set up by the business you work for. Email support@slotivo.co.uk from the address you sign in with and we'll remove it and let the business know.
