What Slotivo includes

Booking page
A branded booking page on its own web address. Clients book in any browser with nothing to install.
Staff and schedules
Working hours per person, which services each person offers, and per-staff price and duration overrides.
Group classes
Sessions with a capacity, instructors and a waitlist.
Class passes and memberships
An optional module. Sell packs of classes, sessions or lessons (for example 10, with an optional expiry) and monthly memberships (a set number of classes a month, or unlimited). Clients buy them by card on the booking page, paid into the business’s own Stripe account, or the business records a pack sold in person. A cancelled booking gives the class back. Memberships bill monthly only. Passes are used on the web booking page, not yet in the customer app.
Rooms and resources
Rooms, chairs, beds or equipment attached to services so two bookings cannot clash over them.
Your data
Owners can download their client list and every booking as CSV files at any time, without asking support.
Deposits
Stripe card deposits, salon-wide or per service, paid to the business’s own Stripe account. Included on the free plan.
Card on file (no-show and late-cancellation fees)
Instead of a deposit, clients save a card when they book and pay nothing up front. The business sets the fee (a percentage or a fixed amount) and the notice period. After a no-show or a late cancellation, the owner chooses to charge or waive the fee; nothing is charged automatically. Needs a connected Stripe account. Every plan.
Discount codes
Percentage or fixed-amount codes for online bookings, optionally limited to chosen services, a number of uses, once per client or an end date. Every plan.
Buffer times
Time before or after a service for clean-up, room turnaround or travel, shown on the calendar and kept free on the booking page.
Self-service rescheduling
Confirmation and reminder emails include a link that lets clients, including guests without an account, move a booking to a genuinely free time.
Intake forms
Consultation and health questionnaires attached to services and completed before the visit.
Add-ons
Optional extras clients can add to a service when they book.
Reminders
Automatic email confirmations and reminders on every plan.
Push broadcasts
Paid plans can send 3 push notifications a week to clients who saved the business in the customer app, for example to fill a cancellation. Not on the free plan.
In-person takings
Record cash, bank transfer or payments from your own card terminal so reports include them. Every plan.
Apps
Slotivo Pro is the app for owners and staff; the Slotivo customer app is for clients. Slotivo Pro for owners and staff is out now on Google Play, with iPhone coming soon. The customer app is in final testing — and your branded booking page works today, in any browser, with nothing to download.
Paid-plan extras
Advanced analytics report, advanced waitlist tools, priority support line.

Does Slotivo take commission?

Do clients need an app to book?

Can Slotivo take deposits?

Yes, through Stripe, on every plan including the free one. Deposits can apply to every service or only to chosen services.

Who is Slotivo for?
