Is it really free, or a trial?
It is free for as long as you are a team of one or two. There is no trial countdown and no card to enter at signup. You only pay if you add a third team member, and then it is one flat monthly fee with unlimited staff.
What does the free plan include?
Your own booking page, unlimited bookings, up to 10 services (add-ons count as services), automatic email reminders, Stripe deposits, intake forms, the Slotivo Pro app to run your diary and the customer app for your clients.
Are there any fees?
Slotivo takes no commission. If you take deposits or payments online, Stripe charges its standard card-processing fee on those payments. Cash, bank transfer and card-terminal payments you record yourself cost nothing.
Do I need a website?
No. Your booking page works as a simple website: clients see your services, prices and available times and book in a few taps. If you build a website later, you can link to it or embed it.
Can I use it if I work from home or travel to clients?
Yes. Set your working hours, add buffer time after appointments for travel or clean-down, and use an intake form to ask for the client’s address.
What happens if I take on an apprentice or a second therapist?
Two people are still free. Add a third team member and you move to one flat monthly plan with unlimited staff. Your clients, bookings and settings stay exactly as they are.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Clients book through your web link on any phone. The Slotivo customer app is optional and free for them.
