Can I record payments taken in cash or on my own card machine?
Yes, and without paying for a separate till system. Mark a set as paid in cash, by bank transfer or on your own card terminal, or as complimentary when you comp a fix or a friend. You can log the day the money arrived rather than the day you entered it, and your reports count it the same as a Stripe deposit — so a day of walk-ins paying cash still shows up in your takings.
Can an extra like Gel Removal be booked on its own as well as added to a set?
Yes. A treatment can be sold on its own and offered as an extra on another, so Gel Removal can be its own bookable service and a tick-box on a BIAB set without you duplicating it. Each service decides which extras it offers, and the price and chair time adjust as the client picks them. If someone decides on nail art once they are sat down, staff can add it to the booking there and then and the price and duration follow, so the takings match what was actually done.
