Set up Slotivo in 10 minutes
From a new account to a booking page clients can use: services, team, hours, payments and your link.
You can take bookings as soon as three things are in place: something to book, someone to do it, and the hours they work. Everything else makes it better, and can come later.
1. Add your services
- 1Go to Configure → Configure business and open the Services tab.
- 2Press + Add New. Give the service a name clients will recognise, like "Gel manicure" or "60-minute sports massage".
- 3Set how long it takes and the price. If the price depends on the client, tick Show as a starting price and enter the lowest price.
- 4Choose who can do it, then save.
On the Free plan you can list up to 5 services, and add-ons count as services. Paid plans have no limit.
2. Add your team
- 1Still in Configure business, open the team tab (it may be called Staff, Team or Instructors for your type of business).
- 2Press + Add New and enter their name and job title. The title shows under their name on your booking page.
- 3Working on your own? Add yourself. You are the team.
3. Set working hours
- 1Press Edit next to a team member and open their Schedules tab.
- 2Turn on the days they work and set start and end times.
- 3Add a second schedule for anything with dates, like summer hours.
Clients only see times inside these hours, minus anything already booked or blocked out. See Working hours and time off for breaks, holidays and closed days.
4. Choose your booking rules
- 1Go to Configure → Business settings.
- 2Under Booking Policies, set how much notice clients must give to cancel, how far ahead they can book, and whether you approve each booking first.
- 3Choose what clients must give you when they book: name, email, phone number.
5. Connect Stripe (optional, but worth it)
If you want deposits, full payment up front or a card on file for no-show fees, connect Stripe in Business settings → Stripe Connect. It takes about five minutes and the money goes straight to your own account. See Take deposits with Stripe.
6. Make it look like yours
In Business settings → Salon Branding, add your logo and pick your colours. Your booking page uses them straight away.
7. Share your link
Your booking page lives at yourbusiness.slotivo.co.uk. Open it yourself and make a test booking to see what clients see, then cancel it. When you are happy, put the link everywhere clients find you. Get your first 10 bookings shows where.
