Use this once your booking page is live. None of it is required, but each item saves you time or brings in bookings.
Week 1: go live
- Make a test booking on your own page and cancel it, so you know what clients see.
- Put your booking link in your Instagram bio, Facebook page and Google Business Profile.
- Print the QR code from Settings and put it by the till or on the mirror.
- Write your cancellation policy in Business settings → Booking Policies.
Week 2: protect your time
- Decide on deposits or a card on file for your longest or most-missed services. See Stop no-shows.
- Add your holidays and bank holidays in Configure → Closed dates.
- Add buffer time to services that need clean-up or set-up.
Week 3: bring clients across
- Message your regulars with your booking link instead of booking them by DM. See Move clients from DMs and paper.
- Book your regulars' next appointments into the diary yourself, so they get reminder emails.
Week 4: look after them
- Ask happy clients for a review from the booking (Request review).
- Check Grow → Retention for regulars who are overdue a visit.
- Look at Reports to see your busiest days and most-booked services.
