Record cash and card machine payments

1. 1Open the booking in the calendar or the Bookings list and choose Record payment.
2. 2Pick how they paid: cash, card terminal, bank transfer, or complimentary for a visit on the house.
3. 3Enter the total collected, including any deposit already paid online.
4. 4If the money arrived on another day, change the date. A Friday cash payment logged on Monday still counts for Friday.
5. 5Save. The client gets a receipt by email.

Paying with a gift voucher? Enter the code in the Gift voucher box in the same window. It takes what is owed off the voucher, up to its balance.

Your Reports count in-person payments alongside online ones, so your takings are complete.
