Sell gift vouchers

Start selling

1. 1Go to Grow → Gift vouchers.
2. 2Choose the amounts to offer, whether buyers can pick their own amount, and how long vouchers last.
3. 3Turn on Sell online. A Gift vouchers page is added to your booking page (yourbusiness.slotivo.co.uk/vouchers).
4. 4Share that link, especially before Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.

Buyers choose an amount, add a message and pay by card into your Stripe account. The voucher is emailed to the person it's for, or to the buyer to give in person.

Selling one in person

Press Sell in person, enter the amount and how it was paid, and add the recipient's email if you want it sent. Otherwise, write the code down for them.

Taking a voucher

• Online: clients enter the code when they book. It pays as much of the visit as its balance covers.
• At the appointment: choose Record payment on the booking and enter the code in the Gift voucher box.
• Anything left stays on the voucher for next time. Cancelling a booking puts the money back on the voucher.

Refunds and mistakes

Open a voucher in the list to see where it was spent. An online voucher nobody has used can be refunded to the buyer's card. You can also email it again, take an amount off by hand, or cancel it.

Gift vouchers are on Paid Plus. Vouchers you've sold can still be taken at appointments if you change plan.
