Optional modules: classes, rooms and forms

Slotivo starts simple. Extra tools are off until you turn them on, so your screens only show what you use. Your business type adds a Recommended badge to the ones that usually fit; it is a suggestion, not a rule.

1. 1Go to Settings and find Optional Modules.
2. 2Turn on the ones you need. Each adds a tab in Configure → Configure business.

• Group classes & class capacity: many clients book the same session, up to a limit, from a Class timetable.
• Rooms & resources: attach a room, chair, bed or machine to services so two bookings can't clash over it.
• Custom intake questionnaires: collect consultation or health answers before the appointment.
• Passes & memberships: sell packs and monthly memberships (Paid and Paid Plus). See Sell passes and memberships.

Turning a module off hides it again. Anything clients already bought, like passes, keeps working.
