Your clients are your clients. Slotivo stores their details so you can run your business, and you can take them with you at any time.

On the Customers page, use the links to download your clients and every booking as spreadsheet (CSV) files.

Good habits

• Only ask for what you need. Choose required booking details in Business settings.
• Keep health and consultation answers in intake forms rather than in notes or messages.
• Give team members their own login rather than sharing yours.
• Tell clients how you use their details in a short privacy notice, for example on your website or booking terms.
